Privacy Policy for CommuterGo

Effective Date: March 12, 2026

1. Introduction Welcome to CommuterGo. Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data when you use the CommuterGo app on iOS and watchOS.

2. Information We Collect and Use CommuterGo is designed to be privacy-first. We do not collect, store, or transmit your personally identifiable information (PII) to our own servers.

3. Third-Party Services To provide you with live train departures, CommuterGo fetches data from the National Rail Enquiries systems (via the Huxley2 API). When the app requests this data, your device communicates directly with these services. We do not intermediate or track these requests.

4. Data Retention Because we do not collect your personal data, we do not have a data retention or deletion process. If you wish to remove your saved stations or cached data, you can simply uninstall the app from your device.

5. Changes to This Policy We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by an updated "Effective Date" at the top of this document.
